Really personable and lovely staff- everyone is super friendly and the physio centre is a very nice place to be! Exercises and treatment were always catered to me - re I'm not keen on a huge amount of exercise so only small exercises were prescribed rather than full on gym sessions etc - no to my lifestyle really nothing I could suggest to improve!
